Kelly S. Harris is a serial entrepreneur with deep experience in executive search in Asia and North America. Most recently, she has advised CEOs on opportunities in private equity. She has also built relationships with financial sponsors with fund sizes ranging from $500 million to $20+ billion. Kelly launched the online CEO Discovery platform in 2021 to enable these two groups to connect more directly and without gatekeepers. She is a graduate of the University of Florida.
Bryan Moore has more than a decade of entrepreneurial experience in multiple award-winning hypergrowth technology companies. He has led teams spanning 20 countries across East Asia, North and South America, Southern and Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Oceania. Bryan is passionate about delivering astounding customer experiences and developing exceptional teams, leading him to join CEO Discovery in early 2022. While living overseas, Bryan served as the Defensive Coordinator for the New Zealand Men’s National Lacrosse Team and was previously an All-Ivy goaltender and Ivy League Champion. He graduated with an AB in Economics and Psychology from Harvard University.
Kirk Alexander has more than two decades of C-level operational leadership experience across technology and professional services firms. He has built, scaled, and optimized companies ranging from small privately held startups to venture-backed growth businesses to larger organizations with hundreds of employees. Kirk’s expertise spans governance, process engineering, and organizational design, helping founders translate vision into disciplined execution. Kirk is a graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy and received his MBA from the University of California, Riverside.
Franklin Harris is a veteran investment banker with over 30 years of experience. He established and led the financial sponsor coverage groups at two prominent banks, where he cultivated deep relationships with the senior partners of more than 200 private equity firms. His extensive transaction expertise spans mergers and acquisitions, private and public capital raising, fairness and valuation opinions, and private funds advisory. Franklin holds a BS in Applied Biology and a BS in Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Samantha Sessa brings a diverse background in sales and marketing, focusing on financial services. She has navigated the dynamic landscape of corporate sales, most recently at Salesforce. Outside of work, Samantha is a competitive amateur golfer, earning three top-five finishes at the New York State Championship—including a second-place finish. She holds the Centennial Conference record for lowest three-day aggregate, finished top 25 at NCAAs all four years, maintains a +2 index handicap, and has won 14 women’s club championships at Gardiner's Bay Country Club. Samantha graduated from Gettysburg College with a double major in Economics and Political Science.
Elizabeth Fallon has significant experience in the large cap bank lending sector working for multi-national banks and has an extensive network and knowledge of the private equity sector. Elizabeth has a strong track record in identifying and advising CEO talent that is suitable for leadership positions at portfolio companies. Elizabeth is a graduate of Baylor University.
Wendy Leon has extensive experience in healthcare services. She has worked in the healthcare sector at Standard & Poor’s, as an editor for a medical journal, and as a health coach and wellness consultant. She has a BA in English from Wellesley College and an MPH from Columbia University.
Megan Remmel is a former litigation partner with more than a decade of experience advising institutional investors and navigating complex, high-stakes matters involving public companies, boards, and senior executives. She has deep expertise in securities law, regulatory compliance, risk management, and governance. Megan earned a BA from UCLA and a JD from Brooklyn Law School.
Muhammad Naeem brings more than 20 years of experience as a project manager, web developer, and graphic designer to CEO Discovery. Naeem has spent his career helping young companies enhance their marketing and sales efforts. Naeem was a graduate of Al-Khair University in Islamabad, Pakistan before immigrating to the United States.
